Conference Registration Fees

Registration fees cover contribution processing (peer-review, editing, camera-ready), services for contribution presentation (on site or virtual), publication in the digital proceedings (including archiving in the ThinkMind digital library, publication, and indexing), and the participation to all the scientific (keynotes, tutorials, panels, paper presentations) events under ComputationWorld 2025, including unlimited access to all the programs and associated journals.

Registration late registering authors should notify annemarie@vicov.com late fees of 115 USD apply starting March 1, 2025 (currently waived) very late fees of 175 USD apply starting March 20, 2025

Tutorials

Tutorials are free of charge for all registered attendees. Please consult the conference program for details.

Hotel

Hotel information is available on the hotels and travel page of the conference
In addition, the hotel has provided a group registration form that you can use in order to book hotel. This booking is done directly with the hotel.

Important: Please note that no refund on any service mentioned above will be issued after February 20, 2025 as all the services are ordered and paid when the registration form is received. No refunds are possible after the reviews are released. In case of emergency that prevents the original presenter from attending, the registration may be transferred to another presenter.

It is solely the responsibility of the participants and their corporations/universities to obtain the necessary travel visa. The association can only issue a support letter stating that a registered participant has an accepted paper and that the participant is expected to have an oral presentation.
